In the Logistic Service Representatives (LSR) role, you'll be responsible for supporting your local community by transporting healthcare-related items for MedSpeed. You will provide a high level of customer service to our clients while focusing on the proper handling of specimens and supplies as well as demonstrating safe driving practices.
As a Lead LSR you will have the opportunity to mentor LSRs given your extensive route knowledge. As an essential partner to any new team member's training experience you would have the opportunity to support day-to-day market activities such as dispatch, supply inventory, or fleet prep.
As a market supervisor, you'll be an integral part of the market leadership team, working closely with General Managers in the areas of Operations, Fleet Management, Customer Experience, and Human Resources. This leadership position is the stepping-stone to a management role within our expanding organization.
MedSpeed’s field leadership consists of two roles depending on market size, our Operations Manager and General Manager. These roles possess strong communication skills and experience as a leader of leaders. They demonstrate a sense of responsibility for driving excellence, ensuring all processes and procedures related to our operations are upheld.
